Juan Matute Guimón: ”I really like Sweden”

Just before the medals in the Freestyle was about to be distributed in the European Championships it was the U25 riders’ turn to enter the arena for their Freestyle in the Lövsta Future Challenge International competition. And boy was it an interesting competition with some really nice rounds from the young riders. In the end, Juan Matute Guimón was the very happy winner of the Freestyle, together with his Quantico Ymas.

With energetic pop music and an electric horse Spanish rider Juan Matute Guimón showed the audience some of the star quality of the dressage sport of the future. The judges liked what they saw as well and rewarded the pair with 78.200%. And it was a very  happy  winner afterwards:
– I really like Sweden. It has been a fantastic week here and both me and my horse has developed a lot, he said after the prize giving.
